A Fishers donut shop has sold out of all donuts after pledging 100 percent of its sales on Tuesday to the families of three local teens who were killed when their car was hit by a Hummer going the wrong way on the interstate.

Jack’s Donuts in Fishers wanted to do something to honor 17-year-old Elleana Lee Gaddis, 17-year-old Isabella Lee Gaddis and 18-year-old Brianna L. Foster’s memories while also supporting their families.

“I had the pleasure to personally know Bri Foster & she was an amazing young lady as I’ve heard the same about Elle & Belle,” Jack’s Donuts said in a Facebook post. “These ladies’ lives were taken way too soon. Prayers to the families & friends of everyone involved!”

At 2 a.m. Tuesday, the bakery was no longer taking online orders after receiving more than 80 orders in four hours — hitting an all-time high for weekday sales.

Jack’s Donuts of Fishers reported it had sold out of all donuts Tuesday around 9:30 a.m. after announcing all funds from Tuesday’s sales would go to the families of the three Fishers girls who died in a crash in South Carolina.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., Jack’s Donuts of Fishers said it has sold out after making donuts until 3 a.m. The store also said anyone that did not get their prepaid orders will be able to get them later this week.

In all, Jack’s raised $6,000 for the victims’ families.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol said Elleana, Isabella and Foster died early Monday morning when their car was hit head-on by a Hummer traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes. A fourth person in the car was taken to a Spartanburg hospital for treatment.

Police said the driver of the Hummer, 43-year-old Melissa A. Parker, fled from the crash but was quickly arrested on several felony counts of driving under the influence resulting in death and hit-and-run resulting in death.

The teens’ tragic deaths broke the hearts of many in the school district, local officials and even the mayor.
